Designation: Editor/Sr. Editor
Location: Mumbai/Noida
Reports to: Director of Counseling
Principle Accountabilities:
- Excellent command of English grammar and exceptional writing & editing skills.
- Actively coach students (work with them) & communicate patiently.
- Communicate effectively to a diverse student audience
- Successfully meet timelines as per University deadlines
- Review and provide feedback on essays / SOP / CV/video essays / LORs necessary for admission applications
- Pay strong attention to detail

- All the content, especially the essays and SOP content must be plagiarism free and grammatically correct

- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, has good communication skills and timely reporting as required
- Counseling /Brainstorming sessions with students, if needed
- Assist in streamlining the content sent by the students/ Or Add suggestions/comments that the student can use towards revising the text
- Ability to ensure full legal and ethical compliance and conduct of business at all times and under all circumstances
- Expertise in dealing with Scholarship Essays
Role Requirements:
- Must be a graduate or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in developing & Editing Statement of Purpose/Letters of Intent/Cover Letters/Letters of Recommendation for Foreign Universities.
- Familiarity with Format of SOP, LOR and Resume for Top end University Applications.
- Should be comfortable working with undergraduate as well as postgraduate students who are applying abroad including for MBA programs
- Awareness of country-specific requirements if any - like European Countries preferring Europass Resume or tabular Resume format, etc.
